THE DARK SIDE
The Darker side of the spectrum includes all sorts of things, from devils and demons to evil spirits and goblins- Here hopefully some will get a better understanding of what some consider to be Evil or unholy!
Serpent- a scaly limbless reptile: a snake satan- the devil
Satan- In the Bible the great advesary of God and tempter of mankind- The Devil; Lucifer
Satanic- Devilish- infernal- wicked
Demon- An evil spirit; devil, a Very wicked or cruel person
Demonic- Of or like a Demon
Demonism- belief in Demons
Demonolatry- the worship of Demons
Demonology- The Study of Demons or belief in Demons
Ghoul- one who robs graves: an evil spirit who preys on corpses
Incubus- A nightmare in folklore- A male demon who has sexual intercourse with sleeping women.
Succubus- A nightmare in folklore- A female demon who has sexual intercourse with sleeping men.
Fiery- the first are demons who dwell in the upper air, and will touch ground or cause trouble until the last judgement.
Aerial- The second are devils who stir up the atmosphere and cause turbulance. Storms, hurricanes,and thundering tempts as they try to destroy mankind. These creatures may descend into hell and will make themselves visable to humans if willed to do so.
Terrestrial- Living in forrests, glens,and knolls these hellions, lay in wait for unexpecting passerbys. Giving false directions to lost travelers. OF all the families of demons these are the most comon. Living among humans, befriending them to learn their innermost secrects to betray them.
Aqueous- Living in oceans, rivers,and streams powers of darkness that raise storms at sea, sink ships, and drown swimmers. They usually appear in an attractive female form. (Mermaid)
Subterranean- Batch of demons that live in caves and caverns. They harass miners, cause wild fires and dry hot winds.
Heilophobic- Most malicious breed of demons. They are homicidal and merciless. They only appear at night. One blast of their obnouxius is said to kill the unfortunate person who runs into them instantly.
Fates- who alter destiny
Poltergeists- who cause mischeif
Incubi and Succubi- who stimulate lust and perversion
Marching Hordes- who bring about war
Familiars- who assist witches
Nightmares- who disturb sleep through dreams
The Occult- Of or pertaining to Various magical arts and practices; as astrology, alchemy etc. Beyond human understanding- mysterious To hide or conceal from veiw.
There are many definitions of the Occult- No general consensus exsists- Some people divide the Occult into three different branches-
Diviation: Many harmless methods of foretelling the future-
Astrology- I Ching- Numerology- Palm Reading- Runes- Scrying- Tarot Cards- Teacup Reading- Other Methods
Religious and Spiritual Persuits- Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Santeria, Vodun, Satanism, Wicca
Magick- Ceremonial Magic- Rituals- Spells; used to change the enviroment in order to reach the Magician's goals.
