THE SPIRIT WORLD
Ghost- A disembodied spirit, a wraith; specter or phantom, the animating spirit or soul.
Poltergeist- A ghost or spirit reputed to make much noise-
Dor- An entrance/exit to the supernatural world or exsistence- ( a portal or gateway)
There are many places in this world that are considered to be haunted- However some places have stronger energies than others.
Cemetaries and old houses are strong focal points for hauntings. Cemetaries because they are the final resting places of ones body. Old Houses because they have much history behind them.
Hauntings vary from noises, foot steps, hearing voices, seeing spectral beings, to being touches. In some cases they are more severe and more extreme.
In every shadow there does lurk something unknown-
ORBS- Orbs are believed to be ghosts in the form of balls of light. They usually travel in groups. They are believed to be the life force or soul of individuals that once inhabited human bodies. Orbs are the most photographed anomalies caught on film. They are usually invisible to the naked eye- However you must be care ful there are many people who confuse dust and rain to be orbs. Orbs are usually colored. Red, blue, light blue, white, yellow, yellow white-

Common Places to find Ghosts-
Battlefields- These types of places are primarily haunted due to the tragedy that took place.
Churches and Cemeteries- Churches contain ALOT of emotion and tend to attract spirits. Cemeteries are a good place to capture EVP'S.
Theaters and Hotels- An entire range of emotions are expressed in theaters and tend to attract spirits that use these emotions to manifest. Thousands of people go through hotels, in many cases you can find many murders or suicides that have taken place in the Hotel or Motels pasts.
Colleges and Hospitals- At many colleges there have been tragic events that have taken place. Hospitals deal in life and death so it is not uncommon to wonder just how many spirits may linger the hallways.
Homes- Many homes and not only the old ones have pasts that may include murder suicide or some other tramatic event.
Roads, Highways, Streets, Alleys- Places where there have been accidents or tragic events resulting in death.
ANYWHERE can be a possible sight for a haunting. ALOT of people believe that manifestations of ghosts are due to the energy that the living give off. And that many ghosts feed off of tragic events, such as murder and suicide.
