Spirit Photography- Around 1861 the practice of attempting to capture ghosts or spirits on film began. It has been extremely controversial, and has led to much debate ever since. In 1874 E. Buguet created a phony spirit photograph, and later was arrested and charged with fraud. Fredrick Hudson was also known for forging spirit photographs.
Ouija Boards- Ouija Boards are tools that are used to contact and communicate with spirit entities. Different people use the Ouija for different reasons. Some are innocent enough but others use the board for not so good purposes. Some believe that the Ouija is just a game and that no real harm can come from using one, others believe that you can use it as a fortune telling device. What ever the true purpose of the Ouija board it is NOT something that people without the proper know how or knowledge should be messing around with
Psychics- Psychic- Pertaining to the mind, clairvoyance, telepathy, extrasensory phenomena. Telepathy- Communication of one mind with another at a distance by other than sensory means. Vision- The faculty of sense of sight: The ability to anticipate and make provision for future events. There are psychics who live all over the world. There are several different means of as well as types of psychics. Some can tell you things by touch, others by sight, some even by smell. There are many who claim to be psychic but whom are actually not. There are even some who have gotten away with being very good guessers. Psychics are very gifted individuals. However be weary as to who you believe and who you do not.

Fairies-( Faeries)- An imaginary being ordinarily small and capable of working good or ill. There are many who believe that Fairies exsist. Although the most popular versions are in movies there are several stories and ledgends that surrround them and make you truely
wonder if somewhere on Earth that they exsist after all.
Mummies- Any Corpse that has been well preserved. As with anything that is dealing with the dead there are all sorts of things that can place mummies in the Paranormal catagory. In ancient times it was believed that if the person who was being mumified was not wrapped tight enough that they would become unwrapped and go after those who harmed them.
Zombie- The supernatural power by which a dead body is believed to be re-animated, a corpse reactivated by sorcery but is still dead. Zombies have been apart of horror films for years. There are so many superstitions that surround Zombies and there origins that it is rather hard to concentrate on one area of this topic.
Leprechaun- In Irish folklore a tiny elfin cobbler supposed to own hidden treasure.
Miracle- An Event that appears to be neither a part nor result of any known natural law or agency and is often attributed to a supernatural source.
Bermuda Triangle- Also known as the Devil's Sea. The ledgendary triangle of Ocean that lies between 3 countries along the Atlantic Ocean. Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and Fort Lauderdale. Ships, people and airplanes have been reported and supposedly have dissapeared off the face of the Earth while traveling inside of the Triangle. There have been many hypothosis and theories surrounding this area.
Atlantis- The lost city. Over 11,000 years ago there exsisted an island located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Atlantis was the domain of Poseidon God of the Sea. For years the people of Atlantis lived simple virtous lives. But slowly it changed. Greed and power began to corrupt them. When Zeus saw this he gathered the other Gods to determine the proper punishment. Then in one violent surge it was gone. The Island, the people, and the memory lost in the Sea.
Easter Island- Easter Island has been on the top of the list for curiosity and speculation. How and why did its inhabitants carve and transport the massive statues that surround this place? Easter Island is over 2,000 miles from the nearest occupied place. Tahiti and Chile. This makes for one of the most isolated places on Earth. Moai (massive statues) dot the coastline. It was found on Easter Day in 1722, hence its name of Easter Island.
Ley Lines- Ley lines are alignments of ancient sites stretching across the land. Ley Lines were re-discovered on June 30, 1921 by Alfred Watkins. While looking at a map of places of intrest noticed a straight line that passed over hill tops. Through various points of intrest. Ley lines are known as lines of power. Various important places and sites in history sit on ley lines such as Stonehendge.
